The price that we propose is inclusive of a range of services for to ensure a high degree of comfort:

• Electricity

• Hot and cold water

• Complete bathrooms with all facilities

• TV

• Garden

• Swimming pool with plant for continuous water treatment

• Antique Tuscan furniture from the nineteenth to the early twentieth century

• Second bathroom and showers attached to the pool (in the pool showers it is forbidden to use soaps and/or detergents)

• Fully-fitted kitchen: dishes, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.

Linen service for bedrooms and bathrooms in the following manner:

• 1 weekly change
• Extra bed - with notice

Reception services:

• Arrival: Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00.
• Departure: Saturday before 10:00
• The staff have the right of access to the villa for the proper undertaking of ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance.

Additional services for a fee:

• Direct dial telephone
• Winter heating
• Cleaning on request
• Kitchen service on request, with a choice of different menus of Tuscan cuisine (two days’ notice). For the kitchen service please contact 0577.798900 - 349.5601209
• The owner is not responsible for valuables and/or money which are left unattended.

USEFUL HINTS and SAFETY REGULATIONS TO BE RESPECTED:

• In accordance with the law, the fencing walls are high, it is forbidden to lean or walk on them.
• Do not leave children alone in the pool, or the hot tub;
• We always suggest the presence of an adult.
• Do not allow children to venture into the caves where the water for the pool comes out of the waterfall.
• Do not let children venture out into the woods on their own and adults should leave the paths only if they have a good sense of direction.
• Do not get close to rocks exposed to the sun. There is a danger of snakes! If bitten, though bites are rarely fatal, alert the nearest emergency medical service, there are brochures in your language in the entrance.
• At sunset the waterways of the area are frequented by wild boars, be careful, they can be dangerous.
• Do not throw cigarette butts and do not light fires in the woods, besides being dangerous this is strictly prohibited by law.
• The enforcement of these warnings and terms of service is delegated to the service staff.
